  • Email address — collected when you create an account, used to identify you and send account-related communications (e.g. password resets).
  • Game data — your predictions, scores, and streaks, stored to power leaderboards and your profile.
  • Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained briefly for security and debugging. We do not use third-party analytics.

2. How we use your data

We use your information solely to:

  • Operate your account and authenticate you
  • Record and display your predictions and scores
  • Send transactional emails (account creation, password reset) — no marketing emails
  • Investigate abuse or technical issues

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

stonkbattle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top when we do. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
